Freddie Mac reported yesterday (Jan. 14, 2010) 30-year fixed rates averaged 5.06% and 15-year rates averaged 4.45%. (www.freddiemac.com) With the tax credits still available and prices where they’re at, now is certainly a great time for buyers. Call me (206) 830-0770:)

It really is a good time to buy a house. The $8,000 credit for first-time homebuyers is still available, as is the $6,500 credit for repeat buyers, so long as there’s a binding sales contract by the end of April. Mortgage rates are still low but they’re rising and some forecasters see them topping 6% by the end of the year. Come on buyers! Call me (206) 830-0770.

Hi! I just set up my blog and am excited to begin helping people buy and sell real estate. I just set up my office by installing Windows 7 on my PC and setting up an awesome laser printer my husband game me that will fax, scan and print beautiful documents. I also set up a polycom phone (speaker phone) that I can use while working with clients. My infrastructure is set up and I am ready to go!
